I was born in Philadelphia, but didn’t stay there long. My father was transferred many times as he moved up the corporate ladder. By the time I was nine years old, my family had moved 7 times across the USA! We finally settled in New Jersey and it has been my home ever since.

I have loved art from an early age. When my pals were off to the toy store my favorite hangout was the art supply shop. I would walk the aisles for hours taking in the colors, papers, and smells of fresh paint...heaven!

I went on to study illustration and design and earned a BFA from Tyler School of Art, Temple University.

My first job was designing for Opera News magazine and then on to the art staff of Ladies Home Journal. I began freelancing as I started a family. I have worn many hats as a designer and illustrator and I’ve finally fulfilled a life time dream of having my art licensed on products such as garden flags, decorative kitchen plaques, tart burners, and wall decor to name a few.

Now that the kids are grown, most days are spent with my lovable, crazy, black lab, Rielly and the wonderful smell of my paints. I am thrilled to create art for the home and heart and hope you enjoy!
